We love when our News4JAX Insiders share their moments with us on SnapJAX!

To post photos or videos on SnapJAX, you must be a News4JAX Insider. 

If you are not yet an Insider, it’s free and easy to sign up. You just need an email address. You can go to News4JAX.com/Insider to create your account.

Once you have your Insider account, go to News4JAX.com/snapjax or download the News4JAX Weather Authority App (Apple, Google) or our new customizable News4JAX app (Apple, Google).

On the News app, click the three horizontal lines at the top left to find SnapJAX on the menu. On the Weather Authority app, the SnapJAX icon (which looks like a camera) is on the bottom, next to Locations.

Once you’re on the SnapJAX page, log in to your Insider account and you’ll be able to “Upload a Pin” (share a photo or video).

Choose the channel you want the photo or video to appear in (i.e. Weather, Precious Pets, Nature, etc.). You can also choose a category within the channel to be more specific, and then fill out the description field with your caption (If you’re posting a pet photo be sure to tell us their name!).

Once you’ve uploaded your snap, take a minute to check out what some of the other Insiders have shared. You can like and comment on posts, just like you can on social media.
