How do I request a station tour?

We know many of you might be interested in what it’s like behind the scenes at a TV news station.

Depending on the day, it can be VERY busy!

But we welcome visitor tour groups, especially students interested in how the news business runs.

We schedule tours at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesdays, and they typically last one hour. (Afternoon tours and tours on school holidays are available on a VERY limited basis.)

Your tour guide will show your group around the station, explaining all the jobs it takes to make the news happen!

Then you'll watch our noon newscast from behind the scenes. (NOTE: This does require everyone to sit/stand quietly behind the cameras for 30 minutes, which is why we limit the size of groups and have a minimum age requirement).

Our requirements for visiting groups:

  • 25 visitors or less (including chaperones)
  • Ages 6 and up only
  • You must schedule in advance with our team

If you’d like more information or to schedule a visit, message Denise Fox at [email protected] or fill out the Help Center tour request form.
