Hello, Insiders!

We're so glad you've joined our News4JAX Insider program. We've got a few helpful tips here if you run into trouble with your Insider account.

Can't log in

If you've created your account at News4JAX.com/Insider but you're having trouble logging in, click here to submit a request and we'll help you reset your password so you can access your account. Be sure to include your Insider username and the email you used to set up your account.

Changing username

News4JAX Insiders can change their usernames, but ONLY ONCE. Here are the steps:
1. When you're logged in, click on My Insider in the top right corner, and then under My Profile go to username and click the editing icon:

Insider Name 1.jpg

2. Input your new username, and then click Update:

Insider Name 2.jpg

Again, this update can only be done ONCE.

Account ban

If you believe your account has been banned in error, click here to submit an "Account Ban" request and we'll look into the issue. Be sure to include your Insider username and the email you used to sign up for the account. Also, make sure you are familiar with our commenting guidelines.

Account deletion

We know there might be reasons why you would want your Insider account deleted. We hate to see you go, but if you need your account deleted, click here to submit an "Account Deletion" ticket.
