If you are having an issue with the newly updated Weather Authority app. You can email support directly describing your problem. Here's how:

1. Open the menu using the three horizontal bars next to the "4" in the upper left 

2. Select the "Email support" option

3. An email template will open on your phone. Please write a description of the problem you are having and make sure you do not delete the information that is in the original email. That information is helpful to the support team.

4. Hit send.

5. Someone with support will look into your problem and help you.
